Making History / Haciendo historia

Fort Collins, like so many other places around the world, is reacting and adapting to the widespread COVID-19 health crisis. We at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery are seeking to document the impact in our community through your stories, observations, images, sound files, and moving images. We will be taking digital submissions throughout the COVID-19 health crisis, and over time, we plan to collect objects, artwork, interviews, journals, and other items to help tell the story of this time.

A selection of material submitted through this form will be shared through the FCMoD website and social media accounts. Ultimately, submitted materials will be preserved in the Collections and Archive at Fort Collins Museum of Discovery, and may be used in upcoming exhibits, programs, and publications. Thank you for sharing your story with us and future generations.

Fort Collins, como muchos otros lugares en el mundo, está reaccionando y adaptándose ante la crisis de salud generada por el coronavirus (COVID-19). En el Museo del Descubrimiento de Fort Collins (FCMoD), buscamos documentar el impacto en nuestra comunidad a través de sus historias, observaciones, imágenes, archivos de sonido e imágenes en movimiento o videos. Durante la crisis actual, estaremos aceptando este tipo de documentación en formato digital y con el tiempo, planeamos recolectar objetos, obras de arte, entrevistas, diarios y otros artículos para ayudar a contar la historia de este momento.

Una selección del material enviado a través de este formulario se compartirá en nuestro sitio web y también en redes sociales. Este se conservará en el área de “Colecciones y Archivo” del Museo del Descubrimiento de Fort Collins, el cual se podría utilizar en exhibiciones, programas y publicaciones próximas.
