Thank you for your interest in scheduling a group visit to FCMoD! Discounts are available for groups of 15 people or more who give 2 weeks notice of their visit. Teachers and other group leaders (e.g. Scouts, club and organization activity coordinators) may contact the museum’s Reservations Office at 970-416-2705 or email us at reservations@fcmod.org. Please allow 48 hours for a response.
Please include the following information in your Reservation Request:
- Organization name/type of group
- Contact person/group leader
- Complete address, email address, and phone number
- Number of visitors
- Arrival and departure time
- Digital dome movie preferences
Groups may schedule visits anytime during the museum’s regular hours of operation. Museum hours are Tuesday through Sunday, 10 am -5 pm. We recommend scheduling at least 90 minutes for your visit.
Admission Fees
Organizational groups of 15 or more with reservations at least 2 weeks in advance of their visit pay only $5 per person. Digital dome theater tickets are just $3 per person with a group reservation.
Group reservation confirmations will be emailed, unless other request is made. This confirmation document will include information on bus loading and unloading; group entrance; and other information relevant to making your groups’ visit rewarding.
